I rarely refuse a film featuring Amitabh Bachchan, and this one proved to be an enjoyable viewing experience. It’s packed with unexpected developments, diversions, and false leads, which does manage to maintain a sense of uncertainty. I appreciate mysteries like this occasionally, and the moment felt appropriate for it. While there are some attractive visuals in certain scenes, most of the narrative unfolds within a single setting. The writing isn't perfect; there are small imperfections, but they don’t ruin the overall plot. Even though one deception was quite apparent early on, the story shifts frequently enough to make me question my assumptions. As is typical, Amitabh Bachchan utilizes his vocal delivery to draw you in and maintain your focus. The supporting actors perform well and contribute to the film's success. If you appreciate a narrative with sudden changes in direction and suspense derived from watching someone become entangled in their own deceptions, this movie should appeal to you. A downside of this kind of story is that even viewers like me are unlikely to forget what happens, so it’s probably best viewed only once.
