The film _Babylon_ is a striking work with both positive and negative aspects. The acting by Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie stood out as particularly impressive; they managed to embody their roles and enrich the narrative. Nevertheless, I struggled with how the plot unfolded, occasionally finding it jarring and hard to follow. Certain scenes that were meant to be shocking felt over-the-top, which lessened my enjoyment of the movie. The runtime was also a problem—at more than three hours, it seemed too long.
