I managed to sit through a quarter of an hour of this, although I was technically watching it on television during that time, but it’s difficult to grasp what's going on. The "HDR" here seems designed to plunge the room into darkness and obscure everything; they’ve also increased the black level so that all detail is lost in a murky grayness. Apparently, it involves police officers and immigrants who are portrayed as violent. There’s a lot of yelling combined with quick camera movements, which makes it incredibly dull up until now. I don't think I will continue watching.
