It's not a particularly strong film, and it’s difficult to say precisely what would have made it better. The idea of Stallone and Banderas playing opposing assassins seemed interesting at first, but this technoir thriller ends up being rather dull. It feels like the story needs a complete overhaul to live up to the potential of that pairing, which seems like an enormous task.
