It’s an okay film, nothing I’d want to see again, and I wouldn’t suggest it unless you’re having a deliberately bad movie night. Seeing young women portraying high school students in swimwear is certainly present, but that's hardly something special or different. The story also drags on too long before the central events actually begin. The usual progression of action in the second half and the final resolution felt abbreviated and didn’t work well for me. Regarding the mystery element, there’s no real investigation to determine who committed the crime. There are no police officers, detectives, or even a group of kids with a pet dog trying to find the killer; the search feels like an afterthought rather than an integrated part of the narrative.
