It starts off with an interesting premise and the central struggle is portrayed very effectively; however, the ending feels disappointing. The film incorporates some fresh concepts, although these are primarily developed in the latter portion of _Anon_, which does bear resemblance to certain episodes of _Black Mirror_, particularly _The Entire History of You_. It’s not something I would watch again, but it turned out to be better than my initial expectations. _Final rating:★★½ - There was a lot here that resonated with me, but ultimately it didn't quite succeed._
