Following a destructive storm that leveled the well-known DeFeo house, a paranormal being joins with a dangerous tornado, releasing an unusual power over the community of Amityville. The story involves two close friends who planned a peaceful weekend in Amityville, but they unexpectedly find themselves battling this harmful spirit alongside a diverse collection of unconventional characters. Directors Paul Tucker and Jeff Van Gerwen have created a comedy horror film that feels different from what's out there. It has an original idea, a talented group of actors, and genuine humor, so *Amityvillenado* should appeal to people who appreciate independent movies and older science fiction television programs. And if that doesn’t do it for you, the pop-punk soundtrack might be just as enjoyable. It's remarkable how they made this movie with only $5,000. I thought *Amityvillenado* was an entertaining film, filled with good humor, clever lines, fun music and some really interesting visuals.
