The opening moments immediately suggest problems with the filmmaking. The storyline isn’t particularly fresh; however, it manages to be somewhat enjoyable. But there are two things that become apparent very early on: 1. The sequences involving the main character and his fiancée feel drawn out, intended to foster an emotional connection with audiences. Whether or not this succeeds is up for debate. 2. When the antagonists show up and attempt violence, consider their movements. Observe the background figures—do they seem like people trying to escape? It’s the director's responsibility to guide actors who aren't delivering satisfactory performances and reshoot scenes if necessary. That is, assuming the director is fulfilling their duties. There isn't much else to comment on. The plot feels familiar, the action is passable, and some experienced performers are present, but they seem to be going through the motions for a paycheck—nothing remarkable. I was pretty bored throughout.
