This espionage thriller turned out to be less awful than one might expect. The performances were average, although Mel Gibson appeared to put in some effort and Dermot Mulroney reinforced my belief that he deserves more recognition. Considering the low-budget direct-to-video nature of the film, I found it diverting enough, even if the editing wasn't great and the fight scenes lacked polish—though budgetary constraints might explain that.
