This movie, ‘After,’ feels like an odd combination of 'Fifty Shades of Grey' and 'Riverdale,' but it fails to capture the enjoyable silliness that both shows possess, nor does it have their attractiveness. It really doesn’t deserve a wide theatrical release; even Netflix would consider this too low quality. It seems more appropriate for YouTube or even a free posting on Wattpad. Despite this, plans are already underway for more installments based on the books, so it appears we'll be enduring another one in 2020.
