Bud and Lou find themselves deep within a jungle brimming with danger. This installment follows a familiar pattern for the comedy duo, delivering some genuinely funny moments despite its predictable nature. The storyline feels like a combination of Tarzan, King Kong, and King Solomon's Mines, incorporating elements such as wildlife, tribesmen, and precious stones. The established dynamic remains consistent: Lou is frequently in danger, reacting with fear, while Bud maintains composure and skillfully navigates the hazards. While this formula proves somewhat effective, it’s advisable to limit how many Abbott and Costello films one watches consecutively because of their tendency toward repetition. Clyde Beatty, Frank Buck, Max Baer, Buddy Baer, and Hillary Brooke also appear in the film. It earns a rating of 6/10.
