A really enjoyable film that I’d happily watch again and suggest to others, particularly those who enjoy horror. The filmmakers clearly drew inspiration from movies like "Alien" and "Jaws," especially in how it conveys the sense of peril. I'll say, there is a bit of a slow start; the first part focuses on setting things up, but this groundwork does become relevant as the story unfolds in the second and third acts. Once the unsettling atmosphere begins to build, it escalates quickly throughout the rest of the movie, thanks to a strong idea and skillful filmmaking. It’s likely my top pick for low-budget horror films; while some scenes appear somewhat grainy, and the cast is largely made up of unfamiliar faces, you can see exactly where their resources were allocated, and it paid off. If you've ever appreciated a suspenseful horror movie, I think you should check this one out.
