This is an acceptable, inexpensive movie geared toward younger female audiences. The plot centers around Beatrix, who’s twelve years old and looking forward to becoming a complete witch. Her chance at magic is threatened, and to help her figure out puzzles before the big event, she enlists the aid of Muggs, her closest companion—who also happens to be an animal—and voiced by Joey Fatone. Will Beatrix manage to pass or not during this important night, the Witches' Ball? I won’t reveal what happens; but as with most movies made for families, you can expect a happy resolution at the end.....
