While I don't typically enjoy stories involving ghosts, that puts me at a disadvantage when trying to evaluate this short film. The narrative appears centered on an amateur archaeologist’s quest for a fabled crown, which makes it strange that there’s no explanation of how he knew its location. It seems the filmmakers expect viewers to simply assume he had prepared beforehand. A lot of the effort to build suspense involves depicting someone observing the protagonist from a distance, but I don't believe it succeeded—it just didn't feel suspenseful. Maybe if that distant figure were more spectral, like a shadowy or even ghostlike guardian, it could have generated greater tension. Despite all this, the film was still easy enough to sit through.
