It’s certainly not a success, but there is something appealing about it. I didn’t find much to enjoy in 'A Very Nutty Christmas'; however, it seems well-intentioned and I felt reasonably okay afterward. Melissa Joan Hart and Barry Watson carry the movie, mostly due to Watson’s performance, even though their characters don't seem to connect well. The other actors are acceptable as well. The film does have slow moments, and the overall feel is too polished and artificial, which is hard to explain but makes it come across as overly manufactured—everything feels deliberate. It’s not something I would suggest watching, though there are definitely worse options out there.
