It’s just another standard television Christmas movie. *A Heidelberg Holiday* doesn't really evoke strong holiday feelings, at least not for me; it wasn't quite as festive as I hoped. However, the incorporation of German elements is a nice touch, particularly considering its American origin. I had anticipated that the plot involving a late delivery would be more impactful, and I was hoping for something along the lines of magical elf workers, but perhaps my expectations were too high given the type of film it is. The actors all sort of run together in my mind; Ginna Claire and Frédéric Brossier are acceptable as the main characters.
