While looking for “something in the woods,” two people stumble upon Pothead Heaven. One disregards a basic guideline of wilderness safety, prompting the other to run away in terror. A little distance from them, five unrelated individuals get out of an SUV and prepare for a "birthday celebration" amidst the trees. A park ranger stops by, sharing a drink before delivering standard cautions: adhere to designated paths, pay attention to posted signs, and avoid venturing into the high valleys! Following some conversation about existence and nature, they are poised to begin their hike when the frantic hiker appears in an open area, abandoning a blue backpack. The group is on the trail when they hear reports of gunfire and meet a hunter who proudly proclaims his devotion to the Second Amendment; he departs with something suitable for smoking. They reach a clearing, establish a campsite, and then enjoy Champagne while trying out what’s in the hiker's bag. The jackrabbit hunter returns to his own camp, empties out his cigar, fills it, and receives an unexpected visitor. Two of the women go off together to explore, leaving their friend who enjoys cannabis to have an exceptionally intense smoking experience. Ranger Rick pours something extra into his beer, then notices movement along a dirt road. He pursues it and locates the panicked hiker. Chaos follows...3/10
