It's undeniably silly to have three heads on a shark, yet this film manages to be much more entertaining because it embraces its own absurdity. It seemed like my previous review of 2-Headed Shark Attack was heard by those involved in making this one, as many of the issues I pointed out are resolved here. The performances are better, there's a clearer explanation for the existence of this strange animal, and the overall silliness is more enjoyable because the movie doesn’t try to be anything other than what it is. There are some wonderfully ridiculous scenes involving multiple people being eaten simultaneously, attempts at bravery that lead to laugh-out-loud deaths, and even Danny Trejo fighting sharks with a machete. It truly has everything! This film is a delightfully cheesy production that knows its audience better than 2-Headed Shark Attack did, leading to a sillier experience that’s considerably more fun. I suggest skipping the first one entirely and going straight to this sequel—it's something I didn't realize I needed, but I'm very happy I watched it.
