It seems like *Two-Headed Shark Attack* misplaced its sense of humor and ended up trying to be something more than a silly Syfy movie – which didn't work out well. I really enjoy those cheap, cheesy shark films, so seeing a title like *Two-Headed Shark Attack* immediately caught my attention. The appeal of these movies lies in their obvious embrace of silliness and ridiculousness, making them entertaining. However, this particular film seemed to take itself too seriously, missing the mark on the enjoyable absurdity found in movies such as *Sharknado* or *Ghost Shark*. While it was smart to include a lot of characters who could be easily killed off, the deaths all felt repetitive; there was so much shaky camera work and editing that it took away from any potential enjoyment. With a cast including Carmen Electra, Brooke Hogan, and Charlie O'Connell, and with a premise as outlandish as a two-headed shark, I expected more ridiculousness, but the movie barely even acknowledges its own bizarre concept. Ultimately, I found myself bored—which is really the worst thing that can happen to a bad shark film.
