It's been quite some time since a movie managed to elicit genuine feelings from me, and this one did so powerfully, leaving me in tears. The performances were exceptional, notably Chiwetel Ejiofor’s; his acting felt incredibly authentic, encompassing every part of him. The cinematography was also striking, featuring very extended scenes that intensely drew the viewer into Solomon's harrowing experiences. I don't know if I would revisit this film because of how emotionally draining it is, but I certainly suggest seeing it to others.
