It's genuinely enjoyable and manages to capture a real sense of warmth as well. I found *’102 Not Out'* to be a film I enjoyed watching. Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor are excellent, and their pairing is certainly entertaining. Jimit Trivedi and Vijay Raaz also deliver good performances, though in smaller parts. While nothing particularly had me roaring with laughter, the humor remains one of the movie's strengths. It manages to balance well with the more serious moments, which feel very carefully constructed. I was expecting it to become overly sentimental or corny at some point, but it avoids that entirely and actually comes across remarkably well. The music is quite good too; “Bachche Ki Jaan” stood out for me—even though it occasionally feels a bit misplaced, it still manages to fit in. "Badumbaaa" works nicely as an ending piece. It’s unfortunate about the (limited, apparently due to some editing oversight) use of blackface in the music video, though – it was never acceptable, but especially not in 2018. Ultimately, this film pleasantly surprised me. It's a warm-hearted picture.
