It’s certainly grand in scale, as all movies directed by Emmerich tend to be, though that doesn't mean it's well-made. If you’re hoping for something insightful or emotionally resonant, you won’t find it here. However, if your idea of entertainment is simply watching people prod prehistoric creatures, then this might suit your tastes. _10,000 B.C._ has a few elements I appreciated, but ultimately didn't come together well.
